Resurrection of The Dead

Whose Son Is the Messiah?

What do you think about the Messiah?

Whose son is he; Jesus asked them?

“The Son of David,” they replied.

Then Jesus said to them,

How is it then that

King David,

Speaking by the Spirit, calls him

For he says,
“The Lord said to my Lord;

‘Sit at my Right Hand
Until I Make your Enemies
A Footstool for your Feet’.

“If David calls him ‘Lord,’

How can He be his Son?”

Salvation Is Found In No One Else,

There is no other NAME under Heaven given to Mankind by which we must be Saved.”

“Repent (Say Sorry) and be baptized,
Every one of you, in the Name of Jesus Christ

For the Forgiveness of your Sins. And you will receive the Gift of the Holy Spirit.

The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off,

for all whom the Lord our God will call.

”Save yourselves from this

Corrupted Generation.”

So that We might Die to Sins and
Live for Righteousness.”

“The Greatest Commandment”

Jesus replied: “Hear, O Israel: ‘The Lord our God, the Lord is one.’

‘Love the Lord your God with all your Heart and with all your Soul
and with all your Mind.’ This is the First and Greatest Commandment.

The second is like it: ‘Love your Neighbor as Yourself.’
All the Law and the Prophets Hang on these Two Commandments.”

Cf. Deuteronomy 6:1-9, Matthew 22:36-40, Mark 12:28-34, Luke 10:25-37

“The God who made the world and everything
in it is the Lord of heaven and earth.

From one man he made all the nations.
In him we live and move and have our being,’
‘We are his offspring.’

God commands all people everywhere to repent. (Say Sorry)
For he has set a day when he will judge the world
with justice by the man he has appointed.

He has given proof
of this to everyone by
raising him from the dead.”
Cf. Acts 17:24-31

– Apostle Paul

God’s Love for the World

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned
already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.
This is the verdict:
Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil.
Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed.
But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God.
John 3:16-21 – Jesus Christ
If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your
heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.” For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
Romans 10:9-13 – Apostle Paul
The Lord knows those who are his,” and,
Everyone who confesses the Name of the Lord must turn away from wickedness.
Cf. 2 Timothy 2:19
– Apostle Paul

It seemed good to the Holy Spirit and to us not to burden you with anything beyond the following requirements:
You are to abstain from food sacrificed to idols, from blood, from the meat of strangled animals and from
sexual immorality. You will do well to avoid these things.

The Parable of the Good Samaritan
On one occasion an expert in the law stood up to test Jesus. “Teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?”

“What is written in the Law?” he replied. “How do you read it?”

He answered, “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’; and, ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’”

“You have answered correctly,” Jesus replied. “Do this and you will live.”

But he wanted to justify himself, so he asked Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?”

In reply Jesus said: “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he was attacked by robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him. The next day he took out two denarii and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’

“Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?”

The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.”

Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.”
Cf. Luke 10:25-37

The Greatest Commandment
One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, “Of all the commandments, which is the most important?”

“The most important one,” answered Jesus, “is this: ‘Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.”

“Well said, teacher,” the man replied. “You are right in saying that God is one and there is no other but him. To love him with all your heart, with all your understanding and with all your strength, and to love your neighbor as yourself is more important than all burnt offerings and sacrifices.”

When Jesus saw that he had answered wisely, he said to him, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.” And from then on no one dared ask him any more questions.
Cf. Mark 12:28-34

“Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”

Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
Cf. Matthew 22:36-40
